What type of grease does one apply to the o-rings before installing the injectors back into the manifold?

Thanks,
Tim

Don't know about the injector o-rings, but need to be careful with WD-40 as it will deteriorate rubber.

I used vaseline also. It is a petroleum product so it should be compatible with the fuel system.

Silicone Lube by Owens Corning / Comes in a tube. Good for all o-rings. "Some" O-rings are not compatible with vasaline and causes them to swell and get gummy.

Plain engine oil, that's all you need, and not much at that. Just a drop spread around will do the job.

I used some of that yellow "Transdel" wheel bearing grease. It was the closest thing within reach.

Ok, thanks for all the replies - seems all the books I looked at suggested something different, and all the GM manuals would say is to use a petroleum based grease...

WD40 - actually I stay far away from this...

But looks like engine oil is the winner.
