Okay my car has 200k it was due for replacement trans and engine mounts. When I bought mine with 130k, I decided to go ahead and replace all the suspen. with new poly bushings, new shocks and struts, a new steering damper and poly dog bone. This all helped but I still had that rut finding, twitchy feeling everytime the wind blew or a truck passed me on the highway. I left it up to cradle bushings just needed replaced and that I would do them when I overhauled the engine. 60k later and I finally had a trans mount get bad enough that I had to replace it, so I replaced both trans mounts and engine mount on my 2.8 and man ohhh man did make a difference. I still have a touch of the twitchy feeling if I fish tail the car down the road but on the interstate today the wing blew all day and I didn't even notice... when I'm normally fighting it ever-other second. Best $35.00 dollars I've spent on the suspension. I bought my mounts at Auto Zone. Trans mounts were $8.99 a piece and engine was $12.99.
