anyone know if there is a pretty dead on spraypaint match for the 88 beechwood interier. i need to touchup the paint on the lower (lighter) tan on my dash, as well as repaint the grills/vents on the sides on the center console glovebox.

namebrands of the paints or paint codes would be awsome. thanks,

I can not recall which color I have used but it was SEM brand dye that I buy at the PPG store. You can check them out more at semproducts.com. They are only about $8 per can.

The paint coded for the 88 beachwood are on Ray Paulk's web site:

www.fierottops.com

The site looks like it's down for now, but I did print them off and have it at home. If the site doen't come up, give me an e-mail and I will dig the codes out for you.

Taken from that web site:

For the 1988 fiero the interior paint codes are:

Medium Beechwood PPG Paint Code 26249-UCV 2-1289
Medium Dark Gray PPG Paint Code 33873-UCV 2-1048

Either of these paints may have to be top-coated with low gloss clear spry, PPG code:
UCV-69

Those paints are no longer sold (to my knowledge). I tried to use the codes from that site and was told those paints were too dangerous to the environment and gone.

I dont have the lighter beechwood color codes, but a paint store will have a book that lists the actual code for the Fiero. The SEM paint is EXCELLENT, and dead on to the right color. you want the SEM Color Coat series, and they will mix them for you, and can toss it into a rattle can.
