I thinking about going with this size if it works and looks okay. I currently run 215/60/15's in front and 225/60/15's in back.

Pictures would be cool if anybody has some.

225/45/17's in the rear for (1) set that I have (in Sig). Originally I had 235/45/17....I won't going back to 225 at all. Why? to dorky looking and way too small. 215/40/17 up front.

Im running 235/45/17 in front and 255/45/17 in the back, it looks GREAT, I used to have 235/40/17 all around, but the ride it was to stiff, and it had a lot of fender to tire gap (really looked very ugly to me), now with this setup, it handles beautifully, it feels softer and it looks perfect, my car its an 85 GT V6, it hasnt been lowered, and it has the original shocks/struts in it, the rims has 35 mm positive offset and are 7.5 inches wide and the tires doesnt scrub anywhere, they fit perfectly and look really AWSOME, got the Riken Raptor ZR tires made by Michelin, very nice tires and very low price compared to others of the same quality (about 100 USD per front tire and 125 USD per rear tire (here in Mexico, I bet you can get better deals in the US).

I dont have a digital camera right now to get a picture, but if I can get one, i will post some pictures.

P.S. I recall reading several documents that said that having bigger tires in the back helps a lot with handling performance of the fiero, especially minimizing the bumpsteer efect in our cars, and as far as I have drove this car, it hadles a lot better than when I use to have 235s all around, it corners a lot better too and the grip of this tires its unbelivable .

Have Fun ...

I am currently running that....225/45- 17. But I have a set waiting to go on this summer that are 215/45-17 frt and 235/45-17 rear.
I think this will be a much better combo. for the 88.

Got 225/45-Z17's om 7" mags all around. They are well riding and snug handling. I will probably go one size taller in back with the next change, tho.

Thanks guys, 225/45/17 looks a little small. Does anyone have pictures of 235/45/17's or 245/45/17's on the rear?
