I have a 3800sc and 4 sp. automatic trans. from a 2002 Grand Prix sitting in my garage. I'm planning on having it installed sometime next year. My question is the car currently has a manual 4 sp. in it so what parts do I need to make the 4 sp. automatic work?

You will need.

1. Tranny lines
2. automatic pedal
3. some switches
4. shift assmebly
5. shift cable
6. you will need to make a shift bracket for the 4t65e trans
7. you will need Axles

Radiator with the cooler tank.

Will any of the automatic shift assemblies from any year work and will it just bolt into the existing frame work? Also, do I just get a fiero radiator thats made for the automatic for cooling or does it need to be a specialized version. Can I use the cooling lines from a fiero or should it be from the 3800sc car?

The non-Fiero shifters are backards. The cables come out the front not back.

The Fiero auto shifter will work but you have to add a bit to the shift gate down at 1/L so you have the additional range to select 1 on the 4 speed auto.
