Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!!

I'm in the process of installing a Spintek complete exhaust system from downpipe to tips on my 88 3.4 OHC. Now the exhaust came off of a 87 model Fiero. Will the downpipe that goes into the cat have to be changed or will it line up with the y pipe? THanks in advance! My car is not running due to a clogged exhaust system!!

Nope, it won't work. The pre-88 exhaust is fine, but the downpipe will be a few inches short of reaching the 88 y-pipe. Get an 88 headpipe from the Fiero Store and you're in business.

Oh, and paint the Fiero Store headpipe. It's mild steel and will rust like crazy!
