are there varibles that the ecm will change after you make a modification , that will undermind or cancel out the desired effect of a modification
for example:
if i change the exhaust system and it causes the exhaust temp to run cooler , could the ecm treat it as a lean air/fuel mixture and dump more fuel trying to get the exhaust temp back up to a level that it believes is consistant with a proper air/fuel ratio
what mods would trigger the ecm to make changes that could null my result?
