Well its been doing this for a while. I changed my alternator out because it went bad, and ever since its been running like crap. I did disconnect my battery and cleared the computer, but since then I'v driven over 200 miles and its still running like crap. It will die at any time, mostly when up to normal temp, not when I first start it up. It will die while I'm driving down the road. If it happens while driveing it starts itself right back up since its rolling, but if stopped it usually dies and I have to turn the key to restart it, but it fires right back up. When it dies while driving the check engine light flashs on when the engine dies, but goes right back off when it takes off again. No codes are present. Could this be the ignition coil, or more likely the module? I'm sure its not a wire or plug, because I'v expeienced a bad wire or plug before and this is more of an entire engine miss rather then 1 cylinder.

Does sound like the ignition. It could be the coil or the module but usually the module requires a "cool down" period after a stall. I've seen several fieros have those symptoms and have had a broken wire in the distributor whip. The one that connects to the dist. Also, some have traced the stumbling to a bad tack filter. I've had a bad filter and broken wire but not at the same time. G/L

Pull the connector off your coil and take a good look at it. I'm talking about the 4 prong connector, not the coil wire. Does it have a terminal that's burned or show arcing?

We had the exact same problem you describe in the Finale with the MSD wiring harness adapter and an MSD6A box with an MSD Coil. The connector had a terminal burnt badly by arcing for some reason. Took the harness out of the loop and put the stock coil back on, problem went away.

Don't know if it was a bad coil, wiring harness, or box. We're supposed to send everything to MSD and have them look at it because they don't know either and they WANT to find out.

You might also have the fuel pressure checked. Sounds like you are getting enough to start-up and then starving for fuel when under load.
