No. The stock chip is very well optimized for the engine already. A new chip will only help if you've made major hardware changes like camshaft, compression ratio, or displacement. In the case of hardware mods you would need to get a custom chip burned, using a WB O2 sensor and dyno to gather the information needed to design the new chip parameters.

ADS, et. al. are making a killing selling $3 chips to people with minor, meaningless changes to timing and fuel maps that probably actually hurt performance.

Is it possible to get a "Stock GM Chip" ??.

I have a ADS Road Race SuperChip that was fitted to the car back in 1986.
Allthough she does go like a rocket my Fuel Consumption sucks.
I get 150 miles to a tank.
Therefore i would like to see how the standard chip performs.

Well as there are only about 50 or so Fiero's in the whole of the UK i am not likely to find one at a scrap yard.

I was hoping that someone on the forum was able to burn chips, and perhaps do a stock 85GT 4sp one for me.........

I can send you the binary if you know someone there that can burn it. You'll need a 2732 eprom (or erase the one you have and re-program it).
