The fan won't come on in the '84, I hooked it up to the power windows so it does work, switched the relays and it still won't come on when it is supposed to any thoughts??

So we know that the fan motor is good. The fuse is good, we swapped the relay's. SO it's most likely the fan switch. Take one off your parts car dude
