The washer function has stopped working on my car. The pump does not get power when operating the switch.
According to the service manual the car is equipped with PULSE WIPER.
I suspect the Printed Circuit Board has failed. The pump is working fine when direct connected to 12V power. The wiper operation is working normally.
Questions is: Where is the plug in circuit board located?.
Is it possible to buy new circuit board any longer?

Welcome to the forum! The circuit board is located inside the plastic box that houses the windsheid wiper motor. Take of the cover and the circuit board just unplugs.Someone on the Forum would probably sell you one cheap,I bought a complete motor-cicuit board off Ebay used for $10.00. I have the same problem you do,no washer. My pump is good the cicuit board is good.It could be the switch inside the column. I may just hook up a toggle switch for the pump.

Those boards are known for poor solder joints, cracks, etc. I'd take it apart and inspect it. Maybe all she needs is some resoldering...

Thank you for reply. Washing water is inside the tank- no problem. To day I went to the work for checking out the printed-board, prepared to start removing the plastic cover on top. Activated the washing switch before I started the work and to my surprise the washing function worked normally! I therefore decided to postpone the work until it fails again, soon or later. (Ref. "If it works, don’t touch it").Has anybody rectified failing print-board? Is the culprit normally dry soldering or is it something else?

I urge you to read this first before replacing anything. http://www.fieros.de/en/articles/wiper.html
I had the exact same problem you had and it turned out to be the wiper motor itself that needed replacing as there is some kind of contact or switch in there as well.
