Don't know of anyone that makes replacement bushings in rubber. I do vaguely remember someone saying that they fitted their dogbone with rubber control arm bushings that fit from some model of GM car, but I can't remember what one it was. If it's a V6, I'd recommend poly bushings as they are durable and don't transmit too much extra vibration to the chassis as the V6 is a lot smoother runing than the 4. With the Duke though you sometimes get a back massage from the vibrations with a poly dogbone.

I've never seen the bushings themselves, some of the later dogbones have hourglass shape bushings in them because of the shape of the hole, so poly won't work with them either.
New dogbone with rubber is $70.95 at the fiero store, not sure where but it seems like I bought one several years ago from a parts place for around $40.
