headlights ok,brake lights ok, courtesy lights ok direction lights ok, fuses ok,resistor ok. no tail lights, dash lights
parking lights,side marker lights, light switch ok dimmer switch ok

Check the fuses first. Everything that you listed is on a separate fuse than the tail/park/dash lights.

Then lean to the light switch.
