Hiya.....looked in shop manual and for some reason...no help. I've done a few, but not recently. I do remember the facia is part of the lower fender under the body side moulding. It attaches with 6 or 8 screws there on each side. Then around the fender well......about 4 each side......that's 22.
Oh, you're gonna need to take the hood off. Mark it before you take the bolts loose so you can put it back together easily.
The facia is really easy to remove/install. You won't have any trouble with it.
