Swapped battery from another vehicle and other vehicle started fine...so battery has good charge.

When I turn the key, I hear a nice solid click, but no turning over.

Is my starter bad? or should I look into other problems?

I should also note that the car usually starts up after 2 seconds max of the starter turning over...but the last few couple of times when it was starting it seemed a little more labored and lengthy in the start.

Good call amikin. Yep, do that first cause that can cause the same symptoms as a bad starter. It sounds like you're gonna need a new starter unless the cables are bad or corroded. Good luck!
