While taking apart my 1984 to remove the filler neck I decided to see how hard it was to remove the entire sail panel. Not easy but they are out in one piece along with the hardware.

Now for the question, before I start taking my 1985 apaert I would like to know if these 84 sail panels will fit without modification. The 1986 manual I am using shows the same mounting system so all I need is one person here to verify it.

Currently, I am running an 84 glass sail on my passenger side, because I destroyed the 85 GT sail. So yes, the 84 will fit and work on 85s.

i belive the 84's mount differant, but there all compatable
