Ok, the website is updated with the final swap items and pictures. Go to http://www.fieroexcitement.com for all the details. Here are some pics of the finished product. If you want to see pics of anything special, let me know and I will try to get them up here.
Engine installed and hooked up.
WCF headers > flex pipe
More exhaust
Exhaust to stock muffler. I'll be replacing this very shortly, but it works for now.
Here is the restricted intake using the stock fiero airbox. I'll be replacing this with WCFs cold air induction for the 3800 soon.
And here is the heater hose plug. Notice the mark on the top of the plug. The engine moves far enough back to hit the dogbone mount. Too much in fact. Skitime was right. With lots of HP the front torque mount won't hold properly. I ordered WCFs dogbone mount to secure it properly.

What did the emission inspection tech. say when you popped the hood, to have the visual inspection done for your yearly polution check? I used to live in Glendale. Hated that yearly trek to the emission place.
BTW. That looks awesome!!

Thanx, I'm really happy with it too!
Things have changed drastically since you were here. Now testing is every 2 years instead of every year and unless you go in the last 7 days of the month, the lines are gone too. Also, I have spoken with AZ DEQ and a few of the techs at the stations and they all say the same thing. The engine has to be installed as a complete package (all emissions equipment intact) but the only test it has to pass is for a stock 87 Fiero. I meet both those requirements. Hell, the way it is installed, I'm sure I could pass the 2000 requirements. Thats what the engine is.
Eh all...that is a sweet ride u hav..well for me i am stuck in the middle,,i dont know what to do for the engine ,do i go with a 3.4 or 3.8...i live in europe and parts r hard to come bye..i saw ur site and thinking u spent 9g's on it..dam that way to much,,then u can do it for about 5g's..wow that a lot of money just for 250 or so hp dont u think...not flaming i just want to get the best bang for the dollar

The evap container. Did you use the stock one? and route of the vac. lines?
oh and the water hoses!
Here is the vacuum line routing. The evap canister, cruise control, and vacuum storage canister routing are unchanged (unless you move vacuum storage canister to wheel well for exhaust clearance).
The lower 3/4" heater hose bypass stays the same on the 87 and later Fieros
The upper 5/8" line gets re-routed as shown. The pipe needs to be cut appropriately depending on your battery location.
It gets routed in the right rail using a Tee w/Cap to connect to AutoZone molded heater hose #L-4348.
AutoZone hose #L-4348 has a nice little 110* turn so it doesn't kink here.
oh I got that one !!! Green wire off the thermostat houseing !!
Robert, Do I HAVE to use that juice can for the Vacuum storage? Mine is banged up pretty bad and I am not sure it holds a vac anymore!
I think you really want some sort of vacuum storage canister. You can make another one (smaller even). Just get a can of Campbell's Chicken broth, drill a couple of holes in one end, drain, clean, remove label, glue in 2 fittings, glue something to mount can with, and install. I moved mine to the wheel well.
I didn't even bother cleaning it up as it will never been seen again once the wheel well is completed.

What green wire? I have no thermostat housing, just the stock water outlet. and the stock sender in the intake manifold.
To awnser your question Rev, I'm not running a vac storage canister, and I get 20inHg at idle. Unless your running a crazy cam, I don't think its a problem.
