Are there any diffrences in size?Will a GT (fast back)Trunk lid fit a SE (notch back) Trunk?Are they exact or slightly diffrent?.........Thanks

i don't think the gt decklid would fit properly, cause they are usually thinner compared to an SE decklid. The SE decklid is wider than the gt, so i doubt it will even come close to fitting.

One noticeable difference is the shape of the vent grills. The fastback grills have a rounded corner while the SE has a square corner. The related deck lid matches. Seems that maybe the trunk gasket seal area is different on the two. The only GT that will surely match is the 85GT.

The GT decklid is actually a little longer and it is a little higher, due to the fact that the engine "hump" runs the length of the decklid, and as previously stated the grills would be an issue...somewhat..

Notchback and fastback rear deck lids are different and are not interchangeable.
