rebuilding headlightmotors today.what should i look for by wingman

my headlight havent moved since i got her,ive changed the relay.nothing.so today im rebuilding the motors.is there anything i should know or look for?

looking for info on 84's,like vin#,miles,color,mods,
your name if you want to
give it,state you live in
or just vin#'s for parted out/destroyed 84's

Lift the hood & watch the knobs on the motors as you turn on the lights. Do they spin? If so, you need to rebuild the clutch inside the motors. (Plenty of help for that in the archives.)

If not, you need to trace down & fix the electrical fault.
