I would like to upgrade my coils in the rear. Many of you know how the fiero tends to float on the freeway(due to improper bump steer). This seems to be caused by the week suspension in the rear and can be dangerous at high speeds or in the rain or snow.I do not want to spend a lot of money. The problem seems to disappear in the 88 models, so I would like to put 88 coils in my 86 Fiero, were can I purchase new 88 coils?Happy Holidays..................

As I understand it, adding a rear sway bar will get you better results when it comes to bump steer. The 88's don't have as much bumpsteer because they finally got their own purposely designed rear suspension, plus they have a rear sway bar.

I agree....put a rear swaybar on and you'll be better off than changing springs, plus it will handle better.
