Car was sitting for four days...started it up and sounds like a loose pin or rod knock...there is also very little oil pressure (in the red)...had changed the oil a week ago but the car has been running fine since. Any ideas ?

I’m going to assume you checked the oil and there is none.
If you cant find the leak check your oil filter and make sure you didn’t leave the old gasket stuck to the block.
If there is oil than you could have a blocked oil pump or the oil pump pick up tube fell off.
Good Luck.
