i have a fuse that when i tested it didn't light up, so i took it out, and it was alright, so i tested the spot where it goes and there no electicity coming there, so i'd like to find out what's suposse to be there

Disregaurd the 3 amp and the 10 apm fuses to the far right. They just fill slots for the power accessories like windows and locks. This is for 84 & 85 cars. If you need one for later years, say so.
