I'm having problems with my clutch. Recently
I replaced the hose going to the slave cylinder and since then I cannot get the clutch to disengage at all. I've bled the system several times now and I do seem to have normal pedal resistance. At the slave cylinder in the back I'm getting about an inch of travel with the clutch engaged. Is that about the right amount ? I'm thinking maybe something internally is damaged in the transmission. A shift fork or something.

Car is an 85 GT with the 4 speed

The only way that I can see this happening is if the clutch disc is frozen to the pressure plate. Good luck!

Yeah I can shift if the car is not running as the flywheel isn't turning then.

Wanna buy it ? If I have to take this engine out again for the third time in 2 years I might just say the heck with it. This thing is cursed.
