Okay now what have I done? I think I've finally gotton all the air bubbles out take it for a drive try the AC and nothing. It was just working this morning. I think I read something about the coolant and the AC. Have I still got a bubble in my Coolant?

I don't know of any correlation between A/C and coolant. Are you sure you have adequate freon charge? Maybe it was on the verge of bleeding down and finally did. You can take the pressure switch connector loose from the drier and short the terminals in the connector for a few seconds to see if the unit kicks in. Also chack the A?C relay.

Good luck,

Carroll

Everything looks good... I'm almost possitive that I read something about the coolant and the AC. I thought if the coolant was low or not circulating there's a sensor or something that prevents the AC from kicking on.

The cooling system has nothing to do with AC operation, other than the defrost mode running the AC to help dehumidify the air.

You have a seperate problem with the AC not working, like Carrolles said, best place to start is to see if the AC compressor is actually engaging.

The AC and cooling system are 2 different and seperate systems.

Low coolant level can affect the heater, but not the A/C. The only correlation between the cooling system and A/C system is the fact that the A/C system kicks on the radiator fan. But that's the extent of it.

Hey thanks for the helps I finally got under the car and looked at the AC compressor and found the little black wire that connect to the red button/pin on the compressor had popped off. That sure doesn't feel like a very good connection. Does it just sort of slide on? Feels like the engine could vibrate it loose.
