I would like to rebuild the rear on my fiero with the round tail lights that Ive seen some have on their fieros. Pisa and other companies sells tail-kits consisting of a fiberplastic bar fitting the rear instead of the light-holders that are original, adding corvette-lights in the round holes in the kit. Do anyone knows where to buy just the lights for a Corvette 1988-1982? And am I way out thinking I could use the existing light-ramp-holder for the new round tail-lights adding holes for them and painting the bar? Any comments on this idea?

Tke note---- PISA uses 'vette tail lights for the GT mod(fastback) but Harly-Davidson lights for the coup. I don't know which lights the coup uses but only the lenses are used.
The least expensive source is www.gmpartsdirect.com . The part number is 914031 and the cost is $24.66. This is where I got mine and there service was great.
Here is what they look like in the PISA mould that has been SMT together.

hey cenneth, try instead of cutting the clear taillight housing on the GT lights, making a holder for the lights behind the housing, then installing the lights inside the clear piece with maybe a black background. i always thought that would look kinda cool. jsut a different idea...

I think I'll be experimenting a bit, I have two housings so I'll try with your idea Filthyscarecrow and see how it looks! I have found corvette-lights here in Sweden, $78 each new or $40 each for used parts and that feels like a good deal considerating the cost for shipping from the US. Thanks you all for your help!
