basically what the subject says, when i start it up it revs to 2000 and stays close even after the cold idle goes away. After I rev it will temporarly drop to about 1500. Its got me puzzled. The idle is very steady though. I've got a high performance camshaft, think it could be that?

i second egr tube... pm me if u want some more details. i just pluged mine w/ an alumium can (cut it to fit like a gasket for the egr and upper intake manifold. Been problem freee for about err maybe 600+ miles, stilll works like a charm, excpet when crusing for long durations code 32 (egr) pops up and it will run rich for a while.
