How do you remove the Quarter windows without cracking? And then put them back on?

You can remove the entire frame ok, but if you mean the black plastic from the frame, good luck, it's nearly impossible without shattering it.

I think you can get fishing line, and stick it between the window and the frame (car) and pull down on it and itll seperate.

So thats the only way to remove a quarter window without breaking it?

GT or Notchback? The Gt is just stuck on with doube sided tape. You can use the fishing line or guitar string with them.
The notchback is a little more difficult. You should plan on replacing the lens if you take it out on the plastic ones because they are glued and the backing comes off of them when removed. The glass ones are molded into the frame as far as I can tell. I've never taken one out.

The 85+ notchbacks are stuck on with double sided tape too. If the plastic is old, it will be brittle and usually will break. If it's not cracked, then why in the world do you want to remove it? If you want to paint it, then just remove the frame, tape it off and repaint it.
