well my fuel pump was making a choking noise when i would start to turn the key.. I changed the fuel Filter and after being finished when i turned the key to pressurize it the pump was a nice sweet hum untill the ecm shut it off after 2 seconds... When i tried it again.. it slowly started to studder again.. then worse and worse untill it was back to the way it was.. anyone know whats wrong now?

If you can, pressure test the fuel pump. If you can't open the fuel line and crank the car to see if the pump is pumping much fuel.
Use a glass cotainer to catch the gas and you can see if the gas is bad.

My first guess is the fuel pump, but a bad relay or ECM can also cause problems.

I think you may have a fuel restriction either at the fuel filter or the fuel pump strainer. Replace the fuel filter and while you have it off, blow pressurized air back into the fuel tank ( tank cap off ) which should clear debris from the strainer or better yet in my opinion.....blow it off. If it works now you should drain the tank and remove it and clean the rust and debris from the tank to keep it from happening again. Also, replace the strainer.
