i have a 1986 fiero.
it has a beige interior, but the dash is starting to spilt and one of the speaker covers on the headrest are ripped open, and those vents by the doors are broken, they always break. is there any place or anyone that fixs any of this stuff, like seat covers and a new middle console and such?

Go to the "mall" section and post a "wanted" ad or browse the "for sale" ads. Ebay is another place to check out. If you're persistant enough, you'll eventually find the parts.

I just finished redoing ALL the interior from my 85, and it was in pretty sad shape. I found that anything that was made to flex a little, like the dash, center console, etc. is kinda hard to "repair" and have it look good. The best I was able to come up with was recovering my shifter surround in vynal, which turned out okay (not bad or great). As far as the plastic parts, if you've got all peices, some patience, and a good fast setting epoxy, you can fix it up. As mentioned before, the other thing you can do is just search for replacements. If they're not the correct color, paint'm.
