Ok, finishing up my head replacement, reattached all manifolds hoses ect, then oil change, refill coolant sys, anything I'm forgetting?

You are going to have to play with the timing to get it right. I had to jump the A and B connectors in the ALDL to get it to start for more than a second or two. Do that, then set your timing (s/b 10 degrees BTDC).

Are there differences in the intake portion of the 2.5 heads? I got my new one installed and I now I'm bolting up the intake and the ports at the top look different?
