So, how difficult is it to install the poly cradle bushings? Fiero Store web-page says they have to be pressed in. Any cool tips/tricks? Want to install a set in my re-painted cradle. but wasn't sure about difficulty of install

When I did mine all I did was to spray some lubricant on them and them hole. I then used a big "c" clamp and a piece of steel over eack end to "press" them in.

I don't know about down there, but in BC Canada we can just go to our local parts store and ask them to bring in a set of poly bushings and the price always comes in cheaper than if we bought them ourselfs from some company.

Actually, if you can wait a while, Everything from summit is always backordered, lol. But they have them for around $35... Cheaper still.. hehe.

PTP-7-502 is the part number

GREAT price.. but they can't get them in till July 15th.. and they can only get it in at that date if I order it now..LOL...

Summit lists parts primarily of r84 - 87. I need to install poly in my '88 rear trailing arms and links. Fiero store is about $100.00.

Any vendors where I can save some $?
