How do I adjust my wipers? The one on the passenger side lays on the hood. I can push it up and it'll stay for awhile but it eventually makes it's way back onto the hood.

I know it's probably easy but I don't know how to do it.

If I'm reading this right, the position of the wiper arm can be adjusted by just pushing it to a new position and it will hold this position for some amount of time?
The above being true then the splines on either the wiper arm or post are stripped. Hopefully it is the aluminum arm and not the steel post. (If the arm simply flops back and forth there is a linkage problem)
Pull the wiper arm up off the windshield and poke a nail through the hole at the pivot point. The nail holds the pressure off the shaft so the arm can be pulled off. The rest is visual.
