Does anyone know where I can get the flexable hoses that go from the compressor to the bulkhead lines for a V8ed Fiero?

What can I expect to pay for these hoses?

They should be the exact same lines as what the car came with originally. IE you have an 86 GT with a V8. Since the car originally was an 86 V6, you need 86 V6 Lines.

I would try the mall section, or you can still get them from GM. Also, try a yard near you, these parts last a lifetime.

If it comes down to it, I have some for an 87 V6 (85-87 are all the same, not sure on 88) that I can sell ya.

FieroJones thanks for your reply.
My Fiero is an 84 that I have put an Archie kit in. On this model the compressor must be turned at such an degree to fit the bracket the hoses that were on it originally would be turn the wrong way to fit. (turned down) I didn't know a part number for the hose that would fit or if the hose would have to be custom made. Just figured some of the v8 guys could steer me in the right direction.

Nothing stock will work I dont think, if its been changed that radically. I had to have new lines made for an 87 GT, due to a burst line. Was only $49 after all was said and done. Might actually be cheaper just to have them made?

BTW: They werent as "pretty" as the factory ones, but they worked 400% better, since they actually worked.

I know what you are talking about with the 84 hoses on the V8- I broke mine off at the flange on the back of the compressor trying to get it to clear the engine block.
Even if I had gotten it bent far enough I don't think the rubber lines are long enough to reach the connections on the firewall witout bending those lines about 90 degrees and possibly ruining them.
Now I am debating the following options:
1. Have the broken piece tig welded back on in a position that will clear the engine and bending the firewall lines to reach - worried about leaks at weld and ruining lines at firewall trying to bend them.
2. Finding a flange for the back of the compressor that will clear everthing and then having a new set of hoses made -would be correct length and good for R134 then.
3. Finding a set of hoses that already have the correct connections and will clear on the compressor side - I thought hoses from a newer Fiero might work but the connection at the firewall is different - at least on hoses from an 86 Fiero.

I think I will probably try option 1 first - I can have the tig welding done where I work for free and hopefully the lines at the firewall bend a little easier than the ones at the compressor.

I took mine to a local radiator shop that did a/c repairs also and had them make the lines longer and turn the fitting at the same time cost was 80$ Gary

Mine were done by Evco: House of Hose here in the Ogden, Utah area. They also are the ones that have made my clutch line adapters in the past. Never thought of a radiator shop, but anyone who can weld aluminum/pot metal can fix it, and possibly lengthen it as well.

You have narrowed things down about like I have. Seems my best attempt if I cannot find a part number for one premade would be options 2 or 3. Maybe there's option 4 PM Archie.

I had to have a custom line made up at a a/c shop. Any place around here wanted big $, I ended up paying $250.00 cdn to get the line made and installed to fit.
