I already tried replacing the flasher unit under the dash but no dice. Could it be the turn stalk? My cruise control doesn't work either but the wipers, including the delay, do.

Did you replace the right flasher?
One is for hasards, the other for turn signals...

The hazard flasher is on the fuse block. The turn flasher is under the dash near the steering column held by a little metal clip. Good luck finding it.

I agree BUT I'd look on the under the passenger side dash in the "convience center" (hazard flasher) The turn flasher is under the drivers side dash on the LH side of the steering column

Check the TURN B/U fuse????

Is your car an 84 by chance? If so, it has an extra pair of relays just below the fuel pump relay near the left decklid hinge that operate the rear brake lights. They got rid of them in suceeding years I believe. Here's a little info on them: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/020044.html

It's an 87 GT, the hazzard flasher is over on the passenger side, under the dash. The turn signals flasher is on the metal clip under the steering column like the others mentioned. I replaced the one on the clip but they still did not work.

No the reverse lights have never worked since I got the car years ago, I just never worried about it. Does that indicate something related?

Yup-o, Backup lights run off the same fuse as the turn signals. I suspect the problem is with the fusebox, fuse or wireing.
A pink wire runs from the ignition switch and supplies power to the Turn B/U, ECM IGN, (rear Defog if equiped) and Gages fuses.
