Assuming you're referring to a pre-'88 Fiero, just unbolt everything and tap on the sides of the part that the outer tie rod ends bolt through. Oughta pop loose.

USE lots of WD40 or other such penoil on the bolts. Not the head side but the rear side. best access to the rack is from the top with the spare tire tub removed.

btw, this is a power steering rack in removing from a fiero how long do you think itll take me?

You are on your own for the power steering. Not too many on the forum with that experience. So I say three or four days.
