MANY of you have been asking how the car's coming along.

The truth is; SLOW. I bought everything on my short list, and have not been able to get any of it installed yet. I need to start on it soon, but I finally have an explanation for why it's been so slow...

This week I will be purchasing another Eaton M-series Supercharger.

This unit needs rebuilt, but will serve as a perfect mock-up for Charger placement, belt and pulley selection, and bracket design for the 2.8. Yes, I'm designing it to work with the factory 2.8 first.

I hope to have the unit rebuilt by the time the brackets and intake manifold are ready.

...The saga continues...

Thanks Hugh!

The M-90 is too big for the 2.8 however.

Since positive displacment superchargers creat quite a bit of heat when spun fast, wouldn't it make since to start with a bigger supercharger and underdrive it.

Smooth, I'm going to test at 6, 8 and 10 psi. I'm looking for 100+hp, and I think we'll get there at 8psi. Torque will have to be dyno'd.

Rogue- exactly right, thanks.

What are you looking to sell it for and what comes with it? Now that I am hours away from having my Fiero, I'm trying to figure out how I can pay it off ASPA so I can try and find a place to put a reBUILT 3.4 in. The original idea was NOS but if you can keep the price down.... 2000ish this would be a much better deal!

I think if it sold for 2000 that'd be a sweet deal (being that I think for 2k a lot of people would look at this) most of them you see sell for what 3500? I mean you can pick up V8 ones for 1500, I don't know why people have to go charging almost 4 grand for them.

I could picture my car with about 280 hp
