I want to wire in a switch to a power inverter that I am going to be using for my MP3 Computer. My question is, is there any good leads to that I can splice into up front?

Thanks

I was thinking of "hooking" in to the wire for the headlights.
Bad Idea? or would it be easier to run a seperate line back to the battery?

I would access it off the cig lighter wires, but that's not up frt, Pretty much and red or orange wire should have power all the time, a pink wire has power with the key in run position.

by the way, nice car!

Pete

Thanks! Your wife's car is pretty nice too!

Hey did you get anything together for those radiator support braces?
I should have the car totally in my name and the rims on by the end of next week. Can't wait.

Wouldn't the inverter draw too much power through that particular wire. (the wire for the cigarette lighter) ?
Just curious.

Don't know how feasable this is but can't you take a feed of the fuse block under the stearing column, just use a spade connector to plug onto one of the power feeds on the back. You'll need to look at a wiring diagram to see which ones would take the load though.
