Took me about half an hour. Heres the instructions that Travis (1fst2m6) sent me, very easy to follow. And i quote...

"buy a piece of 5/16 radiator hose about 1" long it should cost about $1.35.
and 1" of vacuum tubing along with 2 screw type hose clamps. unscrew the
9/16 fittings on the side of the throttle body. there will be about 1/2 cup
(max) of antifreeze that leaks out. remove the 12point 7mm screw next to
the distributor cap on the upper pelenum remove the 2 7mm screws from the
MAP sensor that holds it to the metal braket. unplug the MAP and place it in
on the roof. (becareful the plastic line that feeds the MAP tends to break -
thats why you got the afforementioned vacuum tubing) you'll follow the 2
metal lines to the filler neck where the thermostat is. unscrew those at the
base of the thermostat housing. again expect to see a few tablespoons of
fluid exscape. displace the rubber hose from the thermostat housing
nipples. now cut at the distributor cap the metal lines. you san salvage
them by taking off the top pelenum but you will NEVER use them again so
just cut it. becareful when removing the section near the thermostat housing
cause you are close tot eh fuel pressure regulator and you can break that
line... be attentive theres no rush. once these are cut, remove 'em from the
engine bay and toss in to neighbors bushes. the now open and exposed nipples
from the housing are just looped to getehr with about 6-8" of the radiator
hose you purchased previously.. fasten firmly with the prior mentioned screw
type clamps. now drill 1/16" hole on the strut tower wall just under the
vent support. use the factory screw to facten the MAP sensor (look on the
roof of the car) tot he wall. use the vacuum tubing to attached it back to
the intake manifold the factory wiring will reach just fine. now your ready
to go! "

I Care! LOL. What performance gains did you get by doing this??? Also, if you do this would the car still pass a smog check (i'm in CA) and if you could post some pics that be awesome!

Removing these lines has no effect on emissions and will not make you fail an emissions test.
