Does anyone know of an after market fuel gauge that will work in the 86 GT? Or should I take my chances with one from a junk yard? The cost of a new replacement is just too ridiculous.

You should be able to pick one up cheaply at a junk yard or even here....I might even have one. Post WTB want to buy.......in the mall and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding one cheap...they're a dime a dozen.

Sorry Phil it was my fault. I didn't post that message properly. I don't need the fuel gauge, I need the fuel sensor that is in the gas tank. I did post that in the Mall.

Hey you can probably find that in the mall too! Most of us have parts laying everywhere, I know I do. But, I don't have one of them....lol. Good luck!
