Hi there...

My suspension is here (except the morse stuff, on the way)!

I KNOW it's going to be a big job,and I'll be soaking everything in liquid wrench for about a week before starting, BUT...

Is there an online resource for instructions, tips, FAQs, etc, for this?

I'll be installing Eibach springs, KYB dampers, Prothane bushings, Morse rear swaybar, cradle bushings, poly engine/tranny mounts, etc...I have a Chilton, but "insoder info" is always good to have as well.

Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Lucky man! Wish I had all those new parts....lol. Just look how new and pretty they are...why would you wanna mess them up by installing them?

Good luck on your installation....and be sure and take pics....so you can share with me...lol.

As far as the bushings go, remove the control arms and use a torch to burn the bushings out. Get them started and they will slowly burn away to the point you can push the oozy hot rubber out. BE CAREFUL as they pop and sizzle when they burn. Do it outside over a scrap BBQ grill or cookie sheet. After the bushings are gone, run a brake cylinder hone through the remaining shell to smooth it out. Grease the inner sleeve with teflon grease and push it into the bushing, then grease the shell and smack the bushing in with a block of wood and a hammer.

Tip: If you run out of grease, get Reese teflon hitch ball grease from the automotive/towing section at Wal-Mart.

If you want I can email you the instructions for all the different offset bushings I am making. They include a tool list, and alignment instructions. Just ignore the parts that refer to the offset holes and they should be a pretty good giude to installing the Prothane ones.

Let me know if you want them.

To remove my bushings, I used liquid nitrogen. Less mess. The LN shrinks the rubber bushing and they fall out. Let thaw and then just grease everything.

You never cease to amaze me, Oreif.
1) Where'd you get the LN?
2) How hard was it to get, and how much $?
3) WHat in the world ever posessed you to try it?! hehe.

This oculd be a winner.

Shark, please email me the instructions (or link).
Thanks!
