My Ign. Also just trying to spuce up the engine compartment a little and make it look a little more.."high Tech". Thanks for Inputs!

Can't help you with aftermarket stuff...

On my 88 GT I replaced the ECM, coil packs, crank sensor, wires, plugs... all with factory parts. Purred like a kitten right up till the time the cam gear gave out...

I like factory stuff...

I have magnecor wires (i really like them), Split fire plugs, Fiero store cap and rotor, accell coil, I have not had any problems with it (yet) but i want to get rid of it, after trying accell wires I'll never buy another accell product. I'd go with the MSD coil. I have a friend that worked at a GM dealership, most factory stuff is the best you're going to get, why do you think it costs so much?

Magnecor

install everything Except the MSD box and see how it runs. Just installing fresh parts goes a long way. Don't buy the MSD box until you've seen how it drives for you after new coil, wires, cap, rotor, and plugs.

Taylor Spiro-Pro wires come in lots of colors. I had the red ones for 7 years, no problems until found some chaffing on them. No more boot sleeves needed, either. About $40 from Summit, I believe.

*raises hand*
I've found that OEM replacement (solid 'trode) plugs give more consistant performance. I've got no faith in split-fires. Electricity doesn't really work like that...
