'69 Camaro style fiberglass scoop bonded on with SMC adhesive. I think it was from Harwood. The scoop is designed to take advantage of the high pressure at the base of the windshield to draw air in. I did cut an opening above the radiator, but the effect was probably nothing or negative. It's not really a practical scoop for a Fiero, but it does look pretty cool.

Does anyone know of a cowl induction hood that doesn't have the ridge in the center?
3rd gen Camaro aftermarket cowl induction hoods have them but you can't get just the scoop.

How tall (from hood to surface of the scoop)
is your scoop? I've seen them from 3 inches to 5 inches. Yours appears to be shorter.

I got the idea from Rockcrawl a while back and he gave some pretty good instructions on the installation. Mine is from JC Whitney, I believe 2.5 inch tall. It was way too long for the hood and had to have about 4 inches cut from the rear of it.

Edited for an extra comment:
Trans-Am leather seats are really nice! Installed a freshly cleaned carpet set and the seats today.
