I replaced an old Alpine deck in my 86GT with a new deck. One problem, I was not paying attention when i took out the deck.
What do I do with the 2 pink wires for the factory sub.
Please Help. Thanks

I believe you splice them into the yellow ignition wire. It should then turn the amp on when you turn the car on.

any particular reason why you would not use the (blue) remote turn on wire? I'm not sure but I believe the voltages are different between the accessorie (yellow) and the (blue) remote wires. Check it with a volt meter and make sure. Good luck.

One of the pink wires actually powers the sub and the other just switches it on. Most aftermarket radios can't supply enough amperage on the power ant. wire (blue) to power the sub. If you can figure out which pink is which you can wire the "switch on" one to the blue wire from the radio and the "power" one to the ignition wire (yellow?). Otherwise hooking both to ignition will work. Only difference is the sub amp will be on any time the switch is whether the radio is on or not. Shouldn't hurt anything.
