I'm rebuiling a 1988 GT 2.8 ... want to do it as a 3.1 .... but .... what block the block I currently have is not what came in the car.

According to the local Pontiac dealer the Fiero's came with CFC and CFD engines.

The following is what is on the block:

A080521CMY
