A month or two ago I went to delrin bushings on the front suepension of my '87.
In the last few days it developed a very annoying squeek.
Poking around under the car to figure out what was wrong, I discovered that at the rear lower control arm pivots the bushing sleeves had come out of the control arms. The control arms are still captured, but as the suspension flexed, the bushings sleeves turned I the control arms.

I think I can fix it by turning the rear sleeve around (yes, I know the diameter is stepped), but I would like to know if any one else has had this problem, and how you dealt with it.

I welded the sleeve in place into the control arm, just a little stitch at a time to keep the heat from roasting up the bushings.
