Is there a Fiero Faster than a Pontiac J-2000 3.1L V6 Manual 5-speed? It just seems so much faster than my Fiero (with a Junk Yard engine).

I can vouch that those are really quick cars! We have an automatic and it is good and fast, and I've heard that the stickshift is killer. Aren't they about 150HP (I'm talking 90-91 year engines)?

Well, I really like my 1987 Cavalier Z24 with its 1990 3.1 V6 and 5-speed Getrag. The J-cars are fairly light, which helps the acceleration situation. I keep thinking that I read somewhere the LG8 version of the 3.1 can deliver 175hp.

I was just wondering, cause it will smoke the tires through secong gear. When you let out the clutch nice and easy in first, then Floor it, it will smoke the tirers. I have had it well over 100 MPH (as high as the spedo goes) and it still has a lot more.
