I had a crack in my fender and I chose to just replace the fender- You can repair it with a sort of plastic welder but problem is, it won't stand up to anything bumping into it again.

You can repair it better than new with two part semi-rigid urethane. This stuff is expensive, you'll need the application gun and mixing nozzles, not to mention grinders with sanding disks to prep it, and you'll have to finish sand it and prime it. Finding one in the boneyard is a lot easier and cheaper.

Hey Russ and everyone else! I am surprised no one mentions my favorite repair adhesive... What is the fenders and bumpers made from? PVC? ABS? What is plastic pipe made from? PVC? ABS? It is in your local plumbing store... And if your repair needs backing, cut up an old fender, or even some plastic pipe! I have repaired many cracks in my and friends Fieros, none have recracked... crash...
