My power lock on the passenger door only moves the lock halfway, not enough to unlock the door. Kinda defeats the purpose of keyless entry on that side. How do I re-adjust that side for full motion?

cleaning all the linkages usually will free them up, make sure the little slide with the orange spot on door panel is not binding up, then lube all the rods and parts with silicone spray and white lube. If cleaning and lube dont fix it, you need a new solenoid in the back/bottom of the door, there pretty cheap. ez, 1 bolt, 1 wire connector, and the rod to the lock.

Yes,

With the window down you can slip a WD-40 spray tube down inside the door and spray everything.

You don't need to spray everything. You just need to lube the solenoid and maybe the latch mechanism itself.

Does this same procedure work for the slow, or squealing, power windows? I might as well get both while I'm in there.

Yes, I lubed up everything in the door last night and the window stopped making noise. it also helped with speed a little bit. I just put some white grease on the window tracks and WD-40 on the X connection for the two levers that move the window up and down.

The other thing that I just thought of that helped was that I cleaned the connection in the engine compartment that carries power into the cabin. Follow the little red wire coming off the battery cable, see if the connection is dirty. I used a wire brush and cleaned this up and it helped with a lot of problems... My windows went faster, my lights didn't dim at all when I turned the heat on, it solved some other problem my brother couldn't figure out when he owned it too, I just can't remember.
