OK, I got project number whatever done tonight, the remote trunk release, so on to whatever+1, remote start (while I got that alarm hanging down anyway )
I already have the Ignition Switch Cut off installed so the ignition won't work with the alarm engaged, and I think I have the right wire to get power to the starter, heres the question:
Does that wire need +12 or -Ground to start the car? I have the relay firing right, (alarm on post 85, +12v on 86, to starter on 30) according to the wiring diagram in the install book, but does post 87 get +12 or -Ground?
Translation (I think), what does the ignition send to the starter? +12 or -ground?
Thanks.
Gareth
