can i just go to wal-mart and get their #15 washer pump and plug er in?

or do fieros need some special kind?

I dont think there is a special kind, I would assume that it is a standard GM type pump. If their cross reference tells you that all Fiero's use that #15, and it looks about the same and the electrical connector is in the right place and of the right type, I would say go for it.
